68' Vette 1st coats of clear going on

The stain and sealer applied and sanded to a smooth finish, it's now time to start the clearcoat process.......Yaah!! Here I'll do about 12 spray and sand sessions before I'll introduce tint to the clearcoat for more color and depth. I usually let the clearcoat sit for a day or so between sessions so it can setup before heavy sanding and prepping for the next session. Gives a whole new meaning to watching the paint dry right?

Sounds like you know exactly what you're doing.....and I believe you do! You make me wish I had a guitar that needed restoring!
