Anniversary Gift moving forward

Here you can see part of the milling process.
I cut the block of Walnut into 1/2" slices on my table saw.
I then thickness sand them down to 3/8". From Here I set up the angle on the sides, I believe this is a 18 degree angle. Once my angle has been decided I dado/slot the sides again on my table saw, so the bottom will fit snugly with the sides on their angle. After the slots are cut I proceed to miter the sides making sure that each side is assigned it's specific place on the bottom. Tab A into Tab A... etc.

In the final shot you can see my sides all cut and mitered.
The next step is shaping the sides with a nice scallop, cutting the handles and glue up.
